In my head, I’m screaming


Anxiety. Itching in my brain. Pen scrawling across the paper. Colors and Black to smear and paint with. Disorganized. Organize. Stretch and write. Stretch and change the song. Paint. Create.

I am no stranger to anxiety and depression. However, some of my best writing and sketches come out of it. Since I was younger, a kid really, I’ve used journaling as an outlet. The relief I get from scribbling out some thoughts onto a piece of paper is beyond explanation. Whenever I can, I recommend writing to my friends. Even if you write jibberish like above, it’s worth it.
